詞語(yǔ)辨析concerned和concerning
Concerned是分詞形容詞，其意為有關(guān)的（involved）；concerning是由分詞轉(zhuǎn)換而成的.介詞，其意為關(guān)于（relating to）。請(qǐng)看下面的例句：
This agreement will be signed by the parties concemed．
此協(xié)議將由各有關(guān)方面簽署。
They called on all departments concemed to take prompt steps to promote the development of light industry．
他們要求各有關(guān)部門迅速采取措施，促進(jìn)輕工業(yè)發(fā)展。
由例句可見(jiàn)，concerned用作形容詞解作有關(guān)的時(shí)，是后置定語(yǔ)，大都放在它所修飾的名詞之后。但在verbto be之后而同樣解作關(guān)于時(shí)，則要用be concerned with的形式，如：
This book is concerned with English usage．
此書(shū)是與英語(yǔ)慣用法有關(guān)。
值得注意的是，concerned（亦可表示動(dòng)詞之意）也可解作關(guān)心、擔(dān)心解，與之搭配的介詞為at、about或，用作此意時(shí)，concerned也是形容詞。例：
He was deeply concerned at the news．
聽(tīng)到這個(gè)消息時(shí)，他深為擔(dān)憂。
We are all concerned about the pollution of the environment here．
對(duì)這里的環(huán)境愛(ài)到污染，我們都感到不安。
