并列連詞

　　并列連詞主要是用來(lái)表示并列關(guān)系、轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)系、選擇關(guān)系、因果推理關(guān)系等。并列連詞用來(lái)連接屬于同一層次并具有相同句法功能的詞；短語(yǔ)或句子。

　　并列連詞用法及例句

　�。�1）and與or

　　and表示順承，or表示選擇時(shí)意為“或”，表示解釋時(shí)意為“即”，在祈使句中意為“否則”

　　I can speak English and Janpanese.

　　我會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)和日語(yǔ)。

　　注意：and可以和祈使句或名詞詞組連用表示條件（or也有此用法），如：

　　Make up your mind, and you’ll get the chance.=If you make up your mind,you’ll get the chance.

　　如果你下定決心，你會(huì)有機(jī)會(huì)的。

　�。�2）both…and…

　　They can both read English and speak it well.

　　他們既能讀英語(yǔ)又能說(shuō)得很好。

　�。�3） not only….but also….與as well as

　　She plays not only the piano, but also the guitar.

　　她不僅彈鋼琴，而且彈吉他。

　　注意：not only….but also….連接兩個(gè)分句時(shí)，否定詞位于句首，句子要倒裝。如：

　　Not only does he like reading stories, but also he can even write some.

　　他不僅喜歡讀故事，而且還可以寫(xiě)一些故事。

　�。�4） neither….nor…

　　表示既不…..也不……,謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞采用就近原則，與nor后面的詞保持一致。
